"À la Table de Pierre" works directly with producers around the Domaine A Nosté M&P, those in the region and with vegetables and fruits from the kitchen garden.

They supply us year-round with everything we need to create a table d'hôtes that respects the seasonality of crops and livestock.

He has also been an oenologist for over 20 years.

He therefore takes great pleasure in pairing his dishes with food and wine pairings that are sure to surprise you.
